Located in Saint-Henri, this lively restaurant is a prime spot for brunch.
The music inside of the restaurant was overtaken by the buzzing customers. On the terrance, the vibrancy of the city was the ambient noise. You can hear the excitement of the staff to accomadate via their welcome, attention to detail and willingness to share their food creations through taste tests.
We ordered four (4) dishes š½
The eggs were luxurious and creamy, almost custard-like. There is an option for cheese on the eggs, as seen on the Eggs and Salami plate. The latkes are served with apple sauce, sour cream and chives. They had a crunchy exterior and a fluffy potato interior. The challah roll was perfectly crisp. The salami was sweet and meaty. The Israeli salad on the smorgasbord plate consisted of cucumbers and dill, and the gravlax was super fresh and the texture was sublime.
The tuna melt was supringsly balanced and the flavors of the vegetables meshed naturally with the fish. The cottage cheese pancakes stole the course. The golden crust contrast to the smooth interior was blissful. The maple syrup coated these griddle cakes beautifully and the flavor was immaculate š¤¤
This restaurant is booming until closing hours for good reason. I wanted to continue eating despite not having space. I am definetely planning to go again sometime soon as there are other dishes I am eager to try.
After a few hours, I picked up a fresh mango slush with yogurt popping pearls to quench my crave for bubble tea š„
Arthurs' team is constantly creating items using seasonal ingredients to enhance their staple menu. This gives foodies always something to look forward to. Their dedication to quality and their consistency are integral to this iconic establishment!
